- Take a sachet of Arabica Clásico Coffee in a cup and add 50ml piping hot natural mineral water.
- Whisk the mixture vigorously to change the color from black-brown to chocolatey brown.
- Add 100ml hot water to bring the total volume to 150ml.

- Steam the milk by heating it in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Whip the milk with an electric mixer, increasing the speed as the milk begins to thicken. Continue mixing until you get the desired volume of froth.
