Visual Designer / Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating design solutions that have a high visual impact. The incumbent would be required to generate designs for a huge variety of products and activities, such as websites, advertising content, books, magazines, posters, product packaging, exhibitions and displays, corporate communications and corporate identity, e.g. giving the Company a visual 'brand'. The Visual designer would work on the brief agreed with the Brand Manager or Art Director. The incumbent would develop creative ideas and concepts, choosing the appropriate media and style to meet the Business objectives. The work demands creative flair, up-to-date knowledge of industry software and a professional approach to time, costs and deadlines.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Create and design high-quality creatives for the marketing team for print and digital collateral. Come up with highly engaging designs with great attention to detail which is in accordance with brand attributes.
  • Develop illustrations, logos, infographics, iconography, and visual aspects of websites and blogs. Work with graphics, images, illustrations, colors and typography, and create designs that not just look good but also send the right message to people.
  • Develop assets like Brochures, Whitepapers, Social Media Graphics, Advertisements, Infographics, Charts, PowerPoint presentations, Videos Image Resizing/Editing, Branded Templates (Stationary, Business Cards, Email Signature, PowerPoint) etc.
  • Develop design style guide & road map & thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts using innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time.
  • Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines. Innovate and come up with new ideas for the visual representation of content.
  • Closely work with the product and marketing team.
  • Preparing drafts of material based on an agreed brief. Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements as required.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications.
  • Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design and illustration software.
  • Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule.
  • Maintenance and upkeep of design files and image library.
  • Keeping abreast of emerging technologies in Fashion Trends, emerging tools, web exposure, color knowledge, developing interactive design and working as part of a team with copywriters, photographers, stylists, illustrators, other designers, web developers and marketing specialists.

HR Generalist cum Administrative Manager


Location - Gurugram, Haryana, IN. Job Summary
Human Resources Generalist cum Administrative Manager will be required to ensure that the Company attracts/develops the best talent in the industry. The incumbent must have a deep understanding of Consumer Goods industry and talent trend, maintaining industrial and employee relations, implementing HR processes, tools, programs, practices, people strategies and solutions, ensuring compliance and advising and supporting Line Mangers on people related matters. The incumbent will take ownership of all HR matters across the company from recruitment to performance reviews, wage reviews, payroll activities, disciplinary actions, learning and development.

As an Administrative Manager, the incumbent will be required to oversee all administrative activities of the office.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Workforce Planning: Identify and analyse what mix of experience, knowledge, and skills are required and then sequence the steps to get the right number of the right people in the right place at the right time. Build out the HR function in alignment with the company's growth levels, creating a sustainable structure. Handle end-to-end compliances including Labor laws and other payroll specific statutory compliances.
  • Team Leader: Provide strong leadership in the recruitment, training and development of top quality talent to ensure the highest levels of performance and productivity. Instill a culture that emphasizes collaboration, accountability and transparency among the team. Design and Execute end to end HR strategy for employees including payroll, HR MIS, Analytics, alumni FnF management, Employee database reports, Exit management and HR dashboards.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Lead annual salary, bonus/commission, and equity planning process with the business leadership, ensuring highest performers are compensated in line with their business impact and contributions. Provide ongoing compensation analyses for India and recommend market adjustments as needed to ensure top talent is retained.

  • Administrative Oversight: Make arrangements of travel for Office staff. Supervise security and Housekeeping routine work, so that ambiance of the office is maintained. Oversee maintenance of equipment such as Air conditioning, CCTV System. Plan, schedule, and promote office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions. Maintain inventory of all items required in Housekeeping and others administrative activities. Manage office boys for their work and co-ordination with other departments. Ensuring office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained by managing distribution and control for the entire office. Prepare MIS for Admin related expenses. Working with accounting and management team to set budgets, monitor spending, and process other expenses.

Packaging Development Manager

As Packaging Development Manager, you'll play a fundamental role in the development and design of new, improved packaging materials and contribute to a deeper understanding of our Brand vision / strategy across various packaging formats available.This position will be responsible for the identification, exploration and deployment of packaging innovations / solution for the company and its sister concerns. This implies new or modified materials, decoration and printing methods, Packaging development and design, packaging systems, machinery and related technologies. The purpose of this role is to support NPD (New Product Development) projects as packaging expert across categories. Execute regionally initiated projects (business maintenance/cost saving /special pack) as package engineer.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Preparation, development and control of rigid, flexible, corrugated etc., packaging materials.
  • Provide technical support to the plant(s) on packaging related matters to make the deployment of packaging innovation smooth, efficient and cost effective.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, marketing and operations team to propose & implement technical solutions that meet requirements & bring cost saving solutions.
  • Provide pipeline of potential projects, where new packaging helps to reduce our cost and/or strengthen our position in the market as preferred partner
  • Translate customer needs into innovative solutions. Assess potential value creation and optimization generated from innovation discoveries to provide differentiation and increasing overall value propositions with customers
  • Support the Technical and the Brand Team for primary pack development and qualification in accordance to Global/Asian needs.
  • Qualify developed methods/instructions in Manufacturing by overseeing the execution of required trials and support Manufacturing in Production Line Qualifications (PLQ).
  • Evaluates and approve packaging materials (including also 2nd sources) localizing the requirements to local/regional needs.
  • Assist in the roll out of NPD (New Product Launch) projects across all categories.
  • PCM (Product Change Management) lead from packaging perspective.
  • Lead the development of standardized test procedures, policies & standards. Assures compliance with regulatory packaging requirements.
  • Ensure full compliance with change management requirement for packaging material
  • Bench marking of Competitors to keep abreast with the new trends.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of bachelor’s degree / Post Graduate in Packaging Technology, Industrial Technology / Industrial Design, Chemical Engineering, Packaging Engineering, or equivalent engineering program from Indian Institute of Packaging / SIES.
  • 5-6 years of working experience in Packaging Development in food / similar industry
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in R&D packaging development environment, in relevant industry.
  • Strong communication skills and proven ability to work as part of an effective team.
  • Basic project management skills / experience in handling project independently from ideation to implementation.
